dear blog :)

im very sorry that i havent had a chance to blog lately i have been exremely busy...there are so many things that have happened over the last couple weeks, but i will just give the basics! I have been trying to prepare for the miss sca pagent and have been having rehearals and the day has finally come! tomorrows dress rehearsal and then saurday is the pagent! :) but on top of that i have had a ton of school work!

In these last couple weeks even though i have been very busy i feel like the Lord has somewhat balanced my life ad he has taught me alot! I was reading my bible in my quiet time the other day, asking him to give me something that i could stand on through everything and i started to read psalms 71...it was so cool how God can make himself real in every situation! i praise him for everything he is doing in my life right now and all he has planned for me! What a mighty God we serve :)

dear blog world,
today was a vey interesting day, what started off as well not that great got better and better. Today ended up being a very good day! me and my mom got to spend a lot of time talking today and i feel like we have become much closer because of it! I love my mom so much and i dont realize how good i have it to have someone as amazing as she is. we went to the grocery store and then came home and made a fabulous feast of steak, grilled shrimp, grilled sausage, twice baked potatoes, peas, rolls, amd my moms famous salad. we were very proud of ourselves and my wonderful father who actually did most of the cooking(grilling). Anyways after a wonderful feast i had one of my very best friends over and we enjoyed a very relaxing night in the hot tub and then went to my favorite coffee shop elements :) i feel like i have accomplished alot today, but i should probably get to bed since i get to wake up and go praise my Savior tomorrow morning! so goodnight all you bloggers out there :)

oh the joys of christmas lights :)

today when i woke up and went down stairs i was told that i would be working outside all day in the freezing cold! jooyyy hahha the reason was we have to take down all the christmas lights....my questionis why do we put them up in the first place. well living in the good old southern state of georgia when we put the christmas lights up it was smoldering hot. just doesnt feel right to be putting up christmas lights while your sweating....anyways today was he complete opposite...it was actually one of the very few cold days in good old albany georgia. so i spent all morning working on taking the lights down and now my fingers are numb my nose is red and i really wish i had a cup of hot chocolate :) but anyways....i must leave because i am being put back to work...oh he joys of manual labor!

my introduction to the blog world

i have never done this before so some of you might have to bear with me :) well anyway...i am entering the blog world today and im very excited about it! my sister just started a blog as well so we ar kind of doing this together :) but as it says on my about me my name is taylor reynolds i am 15 years old andim going on 16. i am a cheerleader for my school and im also very involvedwith my church and youth group! i truly love the Lord with all my heart and try to live for him daily even though it is definetly a struggle. well a little back ground on me and why the title of myblog is what it is...about to years ago a tragic event happened in my life...my dad passed away. this sent my life spinning out of control. it went frm grieving the loss, to learning how to live wihout him, to celebrating the marriage of my mom, and then dealing with those situations. for the most part i have not had the life of an average teenager. i try to go on living life on a daily basis like im supossed to....average...but tha doesnt happen alot of the time. so anways to wrap this up...my blg will simply be about my life, and the average and not so average things i go through on a daily basis! hope yu enjoy and follow me as i start this journey :)
